Tonic3 is seeking a resourceful and innovative Multimedia Designer to join the dynamic in-house agency team of a Fortune 500 global brand client. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-faceted creative to deliver exceptional marketing and content projects across multiple platforms. We are looking for an "out-of-the-box" thinker with an agile approach to consistently bring fresh ideas, leverage platform best practices, and contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence.

  • Creative Execution: Partner with Copywriters, Design Leads, and Creative Directors to produce engaging and impactful visuals that align with brand guidelines and central messaging.
  • Project Management: Develop and deliver creative projects from concept to completion, including creative concepting, executing, and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Brand Stewardship: Strategize and implement the most effective methods of adhering to and evolving the client's brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and promotion of the firm’s core principles across all assets.
  • Audience Engagement: Generate unique, innovative concepts leveraging insights and storytelling to capture audience attention and communicate messages effectively, with an emphasis on social media audiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on all creative outputs to ensure strict adherence to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines, promoting an inclusive and successful experience for all customers, regardless of ability.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions in a team setting, continually improving performance results on deliverables, and fostering strong partnerships with internal team members and client partners.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous education, staying abreast of the latest social trends, tools, and design best practices, and proactively share findings with the team to foster continuous improvement and introduce fresh ideas.
  • Strategic Thinking: Identify and implement the most effective visual communication methods to align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Client Advocacy: Successfully collaborate with internal clients and senior leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Purpose-Driven Design: Consistently demonstrate the client’s purpose of making every client’s progress our passion through your design work.
  • 4+ years of professional design experience, with a significant focus on social content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and proficiency with Figma. Mac literacy is required.
  • Design Fundamentals: A proven history of excellence in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, brand adherence, and critical thinking with regard to creative application.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Track record of innovative ideation and generating culturally relevant content, campaigns, and narratives with the ability to articulate them across a wide range of deliverables, ranging from internal communications and brand guidelines to OOH and social.
  • ADA Compliance: Experience with ADA compliance as it pertains to marketing collateral.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss complex design projects and concepts with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members and cross-functional teams (e.g., Copywriters, Marketing, etc.).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple key priorities simultaneously while adhering to process calendars and deadlines.
  • An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing multimedia design work is required.
  • Agency experience is preferred; in-house agency experience is a plus.
