About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. This position is responsible for designing and producing marketing materials across print, digital, video, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for clean, modern design, and is confident working on everything from printed posters to motion graphics and app content updates. This role supports the Marketing Department by bringing campaigns to life through high-quality visual assets, video storytelling, and brand-consistent design execution.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-6 years of experience in print and digital design, including video editing and social media asset creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, motion design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience producing for both print and digital environments (press files, social content, video).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with app content management or monitoring tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lay out print materials including posters, flyers, window clings, banners, and promotional signage.
  • Prepare print-ready files, manage proofs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized templates and file systems for brand consistency across 200+ locations.
  • Conceptualize, film, and edit promotional videos, training pieces, and social media content.
  • Add motion graphics, typography, and music to create engaging, on-brand video assets.
  • Manage and export deliverables for multiple formats (TV, social, in-store screens).
  • Monitor mobile app updates, creative requests, and marketing-related push notifications.
  • Prepare digital graphics, icons, and in-app banners that align with promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT/app developers to ensure correct deployment and tracking.
  • Work closely with marketing coordinators and operations to execute campaigns.
  • Accept feedback constructively and adapt designs to meet project goals and brand standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
