Beyond is dedicated to helping customers and partners adopt and thrive with Genesys solutions through world-class training, certification, and enablement experiences. As a Multimedia Designer in the Beyond team, you'll play a key role in crafting dynamic, AI-powered learning content that accelerates customer success and drives product mastery at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia development, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio of video, motion graphics, and interactive training content
• Proficiency with multimedia tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Wistia
• Experience using generative AI tools for content creation (e.g. Synthesia, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar)
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and how to visually support adult learning
• Experience integrating multimedia into digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning modules)
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with localization workflows, SCORM/xAPI packaging, or eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver multimedia assets (videos, animations, interactive content, motion graphics, voiceovers, infographics) for customer-facing training programs and enablement resources
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-video, AI voice, and auto-captioning tools) to accelerate content production and enhance personalization/localization
• Collaborate with Content Developers to storyboard and translate learning goals into visual formats
• Implement templates, visual branding, and UX best practices across learning assets
• Maintain a scalable content production workflow using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Wistia, Articulate, and AI content platforms
• Optimize video and multimedia content for various platforms
• Continuously explore and implement new media formats and techniques to improve learner engagement and skill acquisition
