About The Position

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Multimedia Designer to work in a hybrid capacity at either their headquarters in Vienna, VA or their office in Pensacola, FL. The position involves designing and developing graphics, animations, and videos to enhance employee engagement, learning, and development. The designer will provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications, assist in creating instructional courses, and implement stakeholder feedback to refine deliverables. The role also includes creating various promotional materials and researching emerging technologies to recommend solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development.
  • Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications.
  • Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia.
  • Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
  • Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.
  • Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations.
  • Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons.
  • Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage, name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications, and system enhancements.
  • Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
