About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Multimedia Ad Sales Planner (Account Manager) to join our growing AMP Sports Department. In this hybrid role, you'll serve as the strategic liaison between our internal sales team and external agency/client partners—supporting everything from proposal development to campaign execution and delivery analysis across Digital, Linear, Social, and Audio platforms. You'll be instrumental in driving campaign success, maximizing revenue, and delivering top-tier client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2 years in an agency or media network preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow within the role
  • Familiarity with systems including Google Ad Manager, Broadway, Freewheel, Wide Orbit, and Operative AOS

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling, multi-platform media plans based on pricing guidance and planning strategy
  • Partner with Pricing & Planning on negotiations for upfront and scatter market buys
  • Collaborate with Inventory Management to align campaigns with market conditions and available inventory
  • Review and confirm Insertion Orders to ensure accuracy with approved media plans
  • Track and manage digital content delivery across platforms
  • Oversee linear proposal stewardship and monitor digital pacing to ensure campaign goals are met
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency contacts
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops and Commercial Ops teams to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Manage schedule updates for both on-air and digital campaigns, ensuring timely adjustments
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to facilitate delivery of added value elements
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and delivery summaries
  • Assist in resolving any order or billing discrepancies in collaboration with the Sales Assistant
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly client billing aligned with IOs and agreements
