About The Position

Provide math and English language arts instructional, social/emotional, and behavioral support within the classroom per student need; Receive guidance and training from ML Director, ML Supervisor, ML Coaches, and classroom teacher; Participate in professional development for professional growth; Exhibit warmth, kindness, and compassion;?

Requirements

• Highly qualified paraprofessionals as determined by Associate's Degree, 60 college credits or Para-Pro Assessment
• A strong commitment to student learning
• Reflective and open to feedback

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Previous experience with behavior management a plus
• Desire to work with students at all levels in the areas of Math and English Language Arts
• Biliterate in Spanish a plus
