Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and close new business from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps
  • Quote, present, and close policies across multiple product lines
  • Cross-sell and upsell to maximize account protection
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently hit monthly production goals
  • Support service interactions while keeping a strong sales focus
