Requirements

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the best customer experience within the store by providing support to customers.
• Possess good product and fashion knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Familiarize with sales indicators and focus on improving them.
• Maintain shopfloor standards, ensuring products are well replenished and the store is clean and tidy.
• Adhere to security standards in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, and cash desk.
• Process all register transactions smoothly and accurately at the cash desk.
• Participate in stockroom operations including delivery, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Share knowledge with new starters and assist in their onboarding process.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
