About The Position

Continental Properties is looking for a Multifamily Systems Support Coordinator to join our Operations team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. As Multifamily Systems Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our internal customers through technical support and assistance to our onsite team members by addressing Operations software and policy inquiries, assisting with setup for new communities and supporting in new technology pilots. You will report to the Director of Multifamily Learning & Operations. We support a hybrid work model if located in the Milwaukee area, and we are also open to remote candidates if located in one of our core markets (AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, TX, TN, and WI).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Two to three years IT support or multifamily operations experience required
  • Experience with RealPage or other multifamily technical system experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support, resolving issues related to software applications, policies and procedures.
  • Manage technology application updates across the portfolio to ensure compliance with legislation and process changes.
  • Support new community and software pilot setups, including quality checks and administrative requirements.
  • Partner with onsite teams through site visits, training, and support to provide feedback and ensure smooth technology adoption and usage.
