About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience and be proficient in ResMan property management software. This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the community runs smoothly, residents are supported, and financial goals are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required).
- Proficiency in ResMan software (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and hit performance targets.
- Proven track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance.
- Oversee daily operations, resident relations, leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals.
- Utilize ResMan to manage financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records.
- Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth.
- Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
