Overview: Middleton Meyers is looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead CapEx projects, unit renovations, and other high-impact projects across our multifamily portfolio. This role is critical to improving our communities and driving value across our assets as we grow. The right person moves quickly, solves problems before they escalate, and takes full ownership of projects from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience (multifamily preferred)
  • Strong experience with project planning and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without losing momentum
  • Solid understanding of construction, renovations, and vendor management
  • Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
  • Travel between properties is required
  • Ability to walk active job sites as needed
  • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of CapEx, unit renovations, and special projects across multiple properties
  • Build scopes, set timelines, and drive projects to completion
  • Keep projects on track, on time and on budget
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to execute efficiently
  • Manage vendors and contractors, holding them accountable to performance and timelines
  • Responsible for on-site monitoring of progress, quality, and execution
  • Identify issues early and solve them quickly
  • Review and approve invoices while keeping a close eye on spend management
  • Provide clear and regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain organized project tracking and documentation
  • Ensure all work aligns with Middleton Meyers standards and expectations
  • Lead new or urgent projects as assigned
