Requirements

• Experience in multifamily maintenance, construction, or handyman work
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, and general repairs
• Assist with unit turns and make-readies
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property
