About The Position
Spring11, an affiliate of Newmark provides a full suite of commercial real estate services to a wide range of clients including some of the world’s largest banks, debt and equity funds, REITs, life insurance companies, brokerages, and investors throughout the United States and Europe. Our team consists of over 600 people based in New York, Atlanta, Houston, Kansas City, Boca Raton, and Chennai, India. Spring11 is searching for a Multifamily GSE Analyst to join our growing team. The Multifamily GSE Analyst will play a critical role in reviewing, organizing, and managing the documentation and data required for the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of multifamily loans under GSE programs. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely loan delivery through meticulous document control, consistent communication with counterparties, and a strong grasp of GSE requirements. You’ll work closely with senior underwriters, production teams, and external counterparties to ensure that files are complete, accurate, and fully compliant with GSE guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
