About The Position

The Multifamily Acquisitions Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and acquiring multifamily properties that align with Ninety9 Capital's investment strategy. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent analytical skills to build relationships with stakeholders and drive successful acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of multifamily real estate markets and investment strategies is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate software is a plus.
• Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential multifamily acquisition opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, property performance metrics, and market trends to assess investment viability.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and presentations for internal review and approval.
• Collaborate with brokers, property owners, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms of acquisition.
• Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections and financial audits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to stay informed about market developments.
• Monitor portfolio performance post-acquisition and provide recommendations for improvement.
