About The Position

This professional position serves as the centralized point of contact for all Multidisciplinary Staffings which include the child, family, natural and community supports, and professionals who collaborate to empower, motivate, and strengthen the family and develop an individualized plan best suited for their needs. This position will ensure staffings occur within established time frames, including all relevant team members, allows for all members to have voice and input, address child safety, permanency, and well-being.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
5 years’ experience in child welfare or human service experience
Computer skills required
Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Facilitation of meetings
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skill
Strength Based Family Practice Orientation
Strong communication skills
Intermediate to advance level skills in MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity and comfort using databases to populate and evaluate data, make case notes, and pull data.
BA/BS required in human services related field.
2 to 5 years related experience in child welfare required.
Child Welfare certification
