Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals. We're in the midst of a tech-powered transformation, using AI to supercharge creativity, not replace it, and we're looking for curious minds excited to explore AI as a tool to scale, spark, and speed up creativity. We're looking for a Multicultural Content Strategist and Copywriter to own the writing across a high-volume performance marketing client with a deep portfolio of brands, regional markets, and a significant Hispanic audience across the United States. This is a bilingual, multicultural-forward role. You'll write original copy in both English and Spanish, develop culturally grounded messaging strategies for Hispanic markets, and ensure that multicultural creative is never an afterthought — it's built into the work from the start. Beyond multicultural strategy, this role covers the full breadth of copywriting at a high level: brand-level concepting, campaign development, and high-volume executional work across every channel. You'll partner with art directors, collaborate with media partners on multicultural plans, and bring a systems-minded approach to scaling creative across hundreds of touchpoints. You'll also work closely with our Head of Creative Technology to identify opportunities to automate templated and redundant work using AI tools.
