About The Position

The Maintenance Technician at Norris Cylinder Company is responsible for performing a variety of operational functions that constitute the production, inspection, and distribution of products or services for our customers. This role involves repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. The technician will also adhere to the plant preventative maintenance program and perform preventive maintenance and routine service on machines and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Certification in PLC/Electrical Controls, robotics, and electrical.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and service all plant equipment.
• Perform electrical, PLC, and robotic troubleshooting, installation, and repairs.
• Responsible for all electrical controls and instrumentation.
• Adhere to the plant preventative maintenance program.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on machines and equipment.
