Requirements
- 100% Standing, walking, and lifting
- Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds
- Must stand 8+ hours a day
- Technical Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent automated manufacturing experience required
- 3-4 years experience with robotics and automation in a manufacturing setting.
Nice To Haves
- Certificates or formal training with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Kuka, and/or Fanuc preferred
Responsibilities
- Repair & Service Equipment: Adjust, repair, and test manufacturing equipment using hand and power tools to keep operations running at peak performance.
- Troubleshoot & Modify Systems: Diagnose issues and make improvements to boost efficiency and reliability—your ideas matter here!
- Perform Preventive Maintenance: Use manual or computerized systems to track repairs, maintenance, and predictive measures to prevent downtime.
- Handle Robotics & Electrical Systems: Apply basic troubleshooting skills for robotics and electrical circuits to keep automation on track.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Operate and test machines during non-production hours to guarantee quality output and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with production teams and other associates to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
