About The Position

Use our computer systems to log time, safety notes, work orders, notifications, and corrective actions. Diagnose and repair A/C and D/C motors and drives, PLC-controlled systems, and 480V three-phase power. Apply hydraulic and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot, inspect, and resolve equipment issues. Execute safe repairs at height and in tough environments using hand, power, and precision tools. Partner with fellow technicians on complex jobs; mentor and train teammates. Support general building maintenance and uphold exemplary housekeeping. Lead by example in the CMC Safety Culture and programs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency with industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, A/C–D/C drives and motors, and 480V three-phase.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals/drawings and author clear job instructions.
  • Root-cause mindset, detail orientation, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
  • Willing to cross-train as needed.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
