About The Position

The Multi-Unit Stock Manager will oversee stock management for the Beverly Hills and Sunset Blvd locations of Zadig&Voltaire. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team and general manager to enhance sales and optimize profit opportunities. The position requires strong communication, organization, and planning skills to ensure efficient stock management and customer service.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Retail Operations (Required).
• Work authorization in the United States (Required).

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered and prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves.
• Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear.
• Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, logged, and easily located for replenishment.
• Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries.
• Transport merchandise to and from stockroom location and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure that stockroom is clean, swept, with garbage removed and supplies organized.
• Assist on sales floor during peak times and as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all appropriate stockroom procedures are followed to minimize loss to the company.
