About The Position

The Multi-Unit Med Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the spa, ensuring that it meets or exceeds guest service and sales expectations for various services and treatments offered. This role involves developing an inspiring team and work environment, meeting all financial objectives for the spa, and ensuring that expenses are maintained within the provided budget. The Spa Manager coordinates closely with a Collaborating Physician, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, Esthetician, Spa Therapist, and Spa Receptionist, while also managing subordinate positions such as Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant, Nurse, Esthetician, Spa Therapist, and Spa Receptionist. The primary functions include providing outstanding guest service and satisfaction, revenue generation and enhancement, staff management and training, payroll and inventory management, financial management, and special events programming and marketing.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Thorough knowledge of spa services
• Excellent interpersonal skills
