We’re looking for a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams across our Corpus Christi and Portland locations . As a Multi-Unit Manager, you’ll have full ownership of operational excellence and financial performance across multiple restaurants. You will: Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locations Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence Analyze P&L statements and implement strategies to improve margins Recruit, train, and retain top talent; build a strong leadership bench Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants
  • Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • High energy, hands-on leadership style
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Corpus Christi and Portland locations
