Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team.
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Shape guest experience by coaching your team.

  • Develop your Assistant General Manager and mentor them.

  • Optimize customer and employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and support for your team.
  • Engage in sales strategy development.
  • Ensure store employees meet defined success measurements.
  • Maintain retail inventory compliance.
  • Engage in business operations including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Innovate ways to drive traffic in stores.
  • Own store success and take ownership of all store functions.
  • Handle guest escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members.
