Requirements

• Proven Controller Experience in multi-unit environments with $250M+ in revenue across multiple locations/entities.
• 5+ years of senior accounting/finance experience with a strong focus on GAAP and some IFRS knowledge; SOX compliance a plus.
• Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Expertise in creating financial statements, overseeing complex journal entries, and managing month- and year-end close processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software; MS Office and Oracle skills preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work under pressure, meeting critical deadlines.
• Strong communicator with the experience to present financial insights to the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting functions, including Billing, A/R, A/P, Payroll, GL, and Revenue Recognition.
• Oversee invoicing operations, managing the accurate processing of 2,500+ monthly invoices.
• Drive the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts; report and analyze variances.
• Publish timely, accurate monthly financial statements within a 4-day close cycle.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal tax and reporting regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure quality in financial transactions and reporting.
• Provide mentorship and direction to a team of 4-8 finance professionals (Assistant Controllers, AR/AP, Payroll, and Analysts).
