Requirements

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or multi‑trade home services.
  • 1+ years of Install Management and budgetary compliance within a service environment.
  • Hands‑on skilled trades background (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related).
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and operational planning skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive results.
  • A genuine desire to grow a business, elevate a team, and advance your own career.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service lines through strategic planning and execution.
  • Own performance metrics including conversion, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability.
  • Implement and uphold “gold standard” service systems that ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Develop, coach, and empower multi‑trade technicians and supervisors to become industry‑leading performers.
  • Strengthen employee retention through mentorship, career pathing, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the employee experience by improving communication, processes, and day‑to-day support.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with dispatch, install, sales, and leadership teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.
  • Represent Whipple Service Champions in the community as a trusted, respected service leader.
