Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley), ladder logic, and control systems
  • Proficiency in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree or trade school certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
  • Certifications such as Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR/First Aid, or OSHA 10/30

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Program and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Handle welding, fabrication, and equipment upgrades
  • Maintain accurate logs in the CMMS system
  • Champion safety and reliability every day
