Requirements

• Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming, specifically with Fanuc and Allen Bradley systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of industrial machinery.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Ability to conduct mechanical testing and interpret results effectively.
• Proficient in reading tape measures and technical schematics.
• Solid maintenance and repair skills in an industrial setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• You should be proficient in: PLC Troubleshooting Skills Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Hydraulics Experience Mechanical Testing PLC Programming Experience High Voltage Systems Pneumatics Troubleshooting Tape Measure Reading Maintenance and Repair Skills Industrial Electrical Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on PLC systems, including programming and diagnostics.
