About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Wellness Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients in a busy chiropractic clinic. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, educating patients about wellness offerings, and managing clinic operations while maintaining a positive and organized environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience selling, preferably in a high-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred)
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Able to work weekends/evenings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
• Dedication to high quality service
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear company-approved attire
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Effective speaking, presenting, and active listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Office management or marketing experience a plus!
• Project management skills

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with enthusiasm and build relationships
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
• Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories
• Offer and convert patients to the Wellness Plan or Visit Package
• Complete transactions using point of sale software
• Assist patients with the completion of required paperwork
• Participate in marketing/sales opportunities
• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure cleanliness
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic
• Execute all of The Joint Chiropractor's Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide the highest levels of customer service
• Maintain professionalism and decorum at all times
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Manage clinic phone calls
