About The Position

As a Multi-store Retail Director, you’ll oversee two to six Best Buy stores, working with general managers and store employees to create excellent customer experiences and deliver strong financial results. Internally, these groups of stores are known as micro-markets. In this role, you’ll serve an area that drives a medium volume of customer traffic. You’ll identify problems unique to each location and provide appropriate solutions. To thrive in this role, you must adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields
  • 3 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
