The Good Feet Store is America’s #1 Arch Support Store, and we’re looking for a hands-on, sales-driven Multi-Store Manager to oversee our Seabrook and Manchester locations. This is not a desk-only management role. This is a working leadership position for someone who understands consultative sales, leads by example on the floor, and knows how to coach teams to consistent results. The Role: As Multi-Store Manager, you are responsible for sales performance, team development, and execution standards across two retail locations. You’ll split your time between Seabrook and Manchester, working directly with Store Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure every customer receives a high-quality, consistent experience. You’ll be expected to sell alongside your teams when needed, coach in real time, and use performance data to drive improvement. This role requires presence, follow-through, and accountability.
