We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Multi-State Master Planner. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated production schedules across cultivation, processing, and packaging operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. This role creates the recommended schedules for site leadership approval, ensuring feasibility while aligning with company targets. Operating in a regulated and fast-paced environment, the Multi-State Master Planner will act as a key bridge between local site teams and senior leadership, helping drive attainment, weeks-on-hand balance, and forecast accuracy. Location: Remote based with travel expectation (approximately 2-3 times per quarter to engage with onsite operations and employees).

  • Develop and manage production schedules across cultivation, processing, and packaging for OH, PA, and MI, balancing demand with operational capacity.
  • Prepare recommended schedules for site leadership approval, ensuring they are operationally feasible and aligned to attainment and WOH targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows (cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, packaging) to ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and material availability; collaborate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and bottlenecks to maintain consistent production flow.
  • Act as the scheduling liaison between site teams and C-suite, presenting updates and aligning priorities during weekly leadership calls.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and performance updates to stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Commercial.
  • Analyze production data, forecast trends, and performance metrics to support improved accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, scheduling best practices, and ERP/technology tools to advance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to scheduling activities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required to enhance scheduling accuracy, optimize workflows, and support overall operational success.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for cannabis production is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain mandated state and facility badging credentials.
