About The Position

Sofina Foods is looking for a driven and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to support the performance and reliability of our production operations. With a structured shift pattern and clear progression opportunities, this is a role that offers both stability and long-term potential in a fast-moving, forward-thinking environment. 4 on 4 off days position 0530 -1730 The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone with a strong multi skilled background and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You’ll have: A recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering or equivalent Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge with the ability to work across disciplines Awareness or certification in Breathing Apparatus and Fire Fighting (desirable) A sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation Experience with lean manufacturing and TPM methodologies A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Why Sofina Foods? Requirements

  • A recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering or equivalent
