About The Position

The Multi-Site Food Service and Convenience Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple convenience store locations, some with integrated food service operations. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers exceptional service with a smile. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance across all assigned locations. The Manager will lead and develop teams, optimize processes, and maintain a positive shopping and dining experience for customers at every site.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of store manager experience, preferably in a convenience store or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • The ability to work overtime as required.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Ability to travel to assigned locations.
  • Must have the ability to move and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Daily heavy lifting, kneeling, standing, for long periods, kneeling.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or above preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple convenience store and food service locations, ensuring consistency in standards and procedures.
  • Implement best practices across sites to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Coordinate opening/closing schedules, cash management, and inventory control for all locations.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned locations by setting and achieving performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data for each site, including sales, expenses, and margins, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and control costs while maximizing revenue streams.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store and food service managers and associates across multiple locations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment and outstanding customer service at every location.
  • Implement customer service initiatives and monitor feedback to continuously improve the shopping and dining experience.
  • Promote upselling and suggestive selling strategies across teams.
  • Ensure all locations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food sanitation standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance and address issues proactively.
  • Train staff on safety protocols and enforce adherence across sites.
  • Work closely with the Territory Manager to align multi-site goals with regional and company objectives.
  • Communicate updates, policies, and initiatives effectively to all store and food service teams.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
