About The Position

Based in Chicago and Champaign, Illinois, we have a more than 10-year track record in value-add projects, development, student housing, and build-to-rent communities. With a portfolio of approximately 5,600 units and $700 million in assets under management, Fairlawn has established a strong presence across Illinois and Indianapolis. We are actively expanding into additional Midwest markets. We are seeking a highly motivated Multi-Site Property Manager to join our awesome team here at Fairlawn! The Multi-Site Property Manager is accountable for leading the operations of a diverse portfolio of scattered-site properties totaling 700+ units in the Champaign-Urbana metro area. This key leadership role is responsible for integrating all aspects of property management to ensure optimal performance across the portfolio and oversees a core team that includes a Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Dispatcher and team of Leasing Specialists. Strong leadership, clear communication, and effective collaboration with this team are essential to driving results and delivering exceptional service to residents.
