TMH Physician Partners is looking for a Mutli Site Practice Administrator II to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. TMH Physician Partners has a new Medical Office Building in Panama City Beach, FL. with four practices and we are continuing to grow. The Multi-Site Practice Administrator II is responsible for overseeing the operations, compliance, and performance of multiple healthcare practices. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient administrative processes, and alignment with organizational goals across all sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Knowledge of patient privacy regulations, including HIPAA
  • 7+ years of experience managing multi site medical practices
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and cost control
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across multiple clinics or medical centers.
  • Standardize workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for each site.
  • Oversee billing, revenue cycle management, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage across sites.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
  • Implement patient safety and quality improvement programs.
  • Support expansion initiatives, new service lines, and technology integration.
  • Align site-specific goals with the organization’s overall mission.
  • Act as liaison between executives, physicians, and staff.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across all locations.
