This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage multiple locations effectively. We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in rent management software and comfortable leading a small team of one to three employees. You will manage contractors and vendors, travel between nearby sites as needed, and take ownership of your work without constant direction.
