About The Position

The Multi-Site Manager (MSM) at WellNow Urgent Care is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple urgent care facilities. The MSM will manage daily operations, focusing on patient satisfaction, employee engagement, revenue, and team development, while also driving initiatives for future growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment required.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Experience in urgent care or similar healthcare settings.
• Leadership experience in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of multiple urgent care facilities.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care is delivered.
• Monitor practice metrics including patient satisfaction and expenditures.
• Supervise orientation, training, and cross-training of clinic staff.
• Participate in the development and execution of urgent care goals and objectives.
• Communicate goals and objectives clearly to employees.
• Manage employee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and absence management.
• Partner with Regional Practice Managers to manage staffing levels.
• Create work schedules for clinical positions in partnership with clinical leads.
• Handle patient and visitor issues and complaints according to grievance policies.
• Recognize and reward site team members for meeting goals.
• Support pilot initiatives for new systems and processes.
• Participate in grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Oversee clinic staff to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and maintenance schedules.
• Create a positive team environment to enhance staff morale and engagement.
