We're currently seeking a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our Grandview and Blackridge communities in St. George, Utah running smoothly while providing excellent service to our residents. Requirements

Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work independently and proactively
Basic computer knowledge
Clear communication in English, both written and spoken

Nice To Haves

Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and wall repair is a plus (but not required)
Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is helpful
