Nxt Property Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a premier portfolio in the Davis County area , including Clearfield Station Apartments, Aero Luxury Townhomes, and Angels Landing Townhomes. Requirements

Plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
Appliance repair and unit turns
Groundskeeping and property upkeep
HVAC experience required
6+ months of maintenance experience
6+ months of supervisory or leadership experience
Reliable transportation between properties required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

Pool maintenance experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Overseeing and supporting the maintenance team across multiple properties
Performing daily property walks to ensure curb appeal and safety standards
Coordinating and completing service requests in occupied units
Managing unit turns to prepare apartments/townhomes for new residents
Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
Maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas
Scheduling preventative maintenance and vendor services
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
