As a Multisite Leasing Consultant, you'll work closely with the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to keep prospective residents up to date on availability, application requirements, and new promotions. You'll also work on marketing and building relationships with local businesses, while ensuring that common areas and model apartments are always in top shape. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Passion for people, service, and sales
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to travel between Liv Communities
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours events
  • Completion of a Fair Housing seminar (or willingness to complete one)

Responsibilities

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions Answer phone and email inquiries with warmth and confidence Tour apartment homes, models, and amenities with enthusiasm Understand prospect needs and help them find their perfect home Follow up consistently to close leases and build relationships
  • Leasing & Administrative Support Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork accurately Maintain guest cards, traffic logs, waiting lists, and reports Assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident communications Prepare welcome packets, move-in gifts, and resident materials
  • Renewals & Resident Retention Proactively manage lease expirations and renewals Negotiate lease terms and renewal incentives Support smooth move-outs and turnover processes
  • Marketing & Community Engagement Help plan and execute open houses and community events Build relationships with local businesses and preferred employers Support marketing campaigns, signage, brochures, and advertising Share creative ideas to elevate the Liv brand
  • Community Care Inspect common areas, models, and market-ready homes Submit service requests and coordinate with maintenance Maintain knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and amenities
