About The Position

AMLI is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support two luxury apartment communities, AMLI Spring District and AMLI Bellevue Park, in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a people-person with strong customer service skills and a passion for real estate, who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Leasing Consultant will be the primary contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, planning resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. The position emphasizes building relationships and helping residents feel at home. Requirements

2+ years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

Tour apartments, engage prospects, and convert leads into leases using your sales savvy and service mindset.
Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and care—before, during, and after move-in.
Utilize phone, email, social media, and networking to market AMLI’s offerings and maintain strong occupancy.
Assist with planning and hosting events that make our communities feel like home.
Accurately complete lease paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely, organized manner.
Build relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and industry professionals to maintain community visibility.
Shop competitive properties regularly to stay informed and aware of trends.
