The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant position at Donovan Apartments & Lakeside Village Apartments in Lincoln, Nebraska, involves managing the leasing process for multiple properties.   • Evaluate and analyze competitor offerings and pricing through regular surveys and visits.
  • Prepare the office and tour path for business.
  • Generate prospects through online advertising, business outreach, and grassroots campaigns.
  • Assist new applicants with approval processes and coordinate leasing documents for move-ins.
  • Provide excellent service to existing residents and focus on resident retention.
  • Address and resolve resident issues.
  • Assist with package handling and coordinate communication with residents.
  • Interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor and independently while coordinating with team members.
  • Deliver high resident satisfaction while maintaining Fair Housing practices.
  • Participate in industry networking groups and community service projects.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Background in sales is preferred.
  • Base salary range of $18.00-$19.50/hour.
