About The Position

The Multi-Site Facilities Manager will be responsible for supervision of the maintenance programs and staff for multiple residential properties in our growing portfolio in the Worcester/Central Massachusetts area. This Manager will oversee building and maintenance systems, preventative maintenance programs, scheduling of onsite capital improvement projects, inventory management, working with contractors and vendors, writing specifications, reading and comparing proposals, writing progress reports for owners, and making presentations.

Requirements

• Experience with general apartment maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and life safety systems.
• Experience managing scattered sites.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of affordable housing property maintenance.
• Experience with Yardi.
