The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing two multifamily properties, The Julie Lee and Villa Elaine, which total 145 units and are located in the Hollywood Walk of Fame. These properties, built in 1926, feature modernized kitchens and quaint community spaces. This position includes a one-bedroom apartment located within The Julie Lee community. The role encompasses monitoring and directing rental activity, managing occupancy, overseeing on-site marketing, conducting market analysis, advising on pricing strategy, and ensuring the success of the Corporate Housing Program. Additionally, the manager will direct day-to-day maintenance, landscaping, and other community operations, maintain accurate records of space conditions, ensure apartments are market-ready, and perform property inspections. Financial responsibilities include monitoring revenue, rent collection, processing payables, administering operating and capital budgets, and analyzing financial statements. The role also involves preparing legal documentation for collections, representing the property in court, assisting in long-range planning, and directing loss prevention, risk management, safety, and security activities. The manager will develop an emergency services network and be available for 24-hour/weekend coverage and resident functions.
