Responsibilities
- Build and train the property management team.
- Market the properties effectively to attract residents.
- Oversee and maintain the property budget.
- Manage all operational tasks to ensure property success.

Requirements
- Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
- Supervisory or management experience is essential.
- Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
- Strong team building and management skills are required.
- Demonstrated operational skills including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
