About The Position

The Multi- Site Clinical Trainer is responsible for ensuring high quality, consistent, and effective ABA therapy across multiple centers by training, developing, and growing skills of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role ensures that our BTs and RBTs are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and ongoing support needed to deliver exceptional care while maintaining operational efficiency and accountability. In addition to leading onboarding and ongoing training, the Multi-Site Clinical Trainer actively partners with SDCS, BCBA(s), and/or CAs in monitoring team performance, workflows, and treatment implementation to ensure each child is making appropriate and meaningful progress toward their goals. By partnering closely with SDCS, BCBA(s) and/or CAs, the Multi-Site Clinical Trainer helps identify gaps in skills, systems, or implementation and provides targeted coaching and process improvements to support both client outcomes and staff success across multiple centers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with over 1 year of experience.
  • Must be a current Clinical Trainer (internal candidates).
  • Previous experience in a leadership or training role with included supervision, coaching, or oversight of employees.
  • Demonstrated time management, observation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively receive, interpret, and communicate detailed information through written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness and ability to learn, implement, and train others in new skills and procedures.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple locations.
  • Reliable transportation is required to support work across more than one center.
