Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida (PTA not eligible for this role)
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
- Strong clinical skills and proven leadership ability
- Passion for patient care and team collaboration
