About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions is proud to manage outpatient therapy services at Advent Health locations in Sebring, Lake Placid, and Wauchula. As a therapist-owned company, we understand the unique challenges clinicians face every day because we’ve been there ourselves. Our mission is simple: deliver personalized, skilled therapy in a warm, welcoming environment. We work together as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. This unique, multifaceted role combines 70% patient care with 30% administrative responsibilities across three outpatient clinics. You’ll never get bored and your work will include:

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida (PTA not eligible for this role)
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
• Strong clinical skills and proven leadership ability
• Passion for patient care and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional therapy services to patients
• Leading clinic operations and ensuring quality standards
• Participating in strategic meetings and team development
