About The Position

Join our sweet team! We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Manager to oversee daily operations across two Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries. Requirements

2+ years of multi-unit or general management experience (food service preferred)
Strong leadership and team development skills
A hands-on leadership style with a “no job is beneath me” mindset. Willingness to work hands-on in all bakery operations
Must pass and maintain Food Safety Manager Certification
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of results
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proven experience with hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Valid driver’s license ability to travel between locations and adapt to each store’s needs
Passion for customer service and brand excellence
Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across two bakery locations in accordance with the current Operations Manual.
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and manage performance; deliver constructive feedback, conduct periodic reviews, and address any performance issues in a timely, effective manner
Supervise and support Managers at each store
Work alongside the team on the bakery floor and regularly perform hands-on tasks including baking, frosting, guest service, and cleaning
Ensure consistent execution and regular monitoring of brand standards, health and food safety compliance, and guest experience
Manage labor scheduling that balances excellent service with labor goals
Prioritize the guest experience and address concerns with warmth and professionalism
Facilitate opening and closing of the bakery, including cash drawer balancing and bank deposits
Manage inventory par levels based on sales forecast, monitor stock level, and process weekly ordering across stores, and manage waste
Monitor performance metrics and report weekly results to ownership
Drive seasonal promotions and lead proactive community outreach and events while responding appropriately to external requests for donations
Travel regularly between locations using company vehicle or reliable personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement to ensure consistent leadership presence
