About The Position

AMLI Residential is seeking an organized and highly skilled maintenance professional to fill our Multi-Site Assistant Maintenance Supervisor opening. In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that our 2 apartment communities in Austin, are maintained to the highest standards. AMLI on Aldrich AMLI North Park Essential Functions: Schedule all make-ready vendors work in partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist in scheduling and supervising all in-house and vendor work Diagnose problems and repair areas such as electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliance. Assist in coordinating and executing Preventative Maintenance inspections per company policy. Assist in providing leadership and direction for maintenance employees in coordination with Service Manager Answer all maintenance-related calls. Oversee general replacement or repair of general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, heating, repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement. Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial, and grounds departments. Assist in annual budget preparation. Assist in interviewing process for any potential service, custodial or grounds personnel. Train custodial or grounds personnel. Assist in the disciplinary or promotional recommendations required for all service, custodial and grounds personnel Ensure timely, efficient response to service requests make-readies. Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience and training; or equivalent education and experience. Requirements

3-5 years of related experience and training; or equivalent education and experience.
Weekend and on-call availability
HVAC certified
